Mission and Values

My mission is to bring your voices into City Hall by leading with transparency, compassion, and a commitment to practical, people-centered solutions.

Green Space

I support expanding and maintaining public green areas so families, seniors, and children have safe places to relax, and connect with nature

Bike Space

I support expanding bike spaces so individuals and families can stay active and move around safely. Let’s make biking a more accessible, practical, and safe option for everyone in our community.

Safer Roads

Road safety is essential — too many crashes and close calls happen each year. I support thoughtful street planning that prioritizes pedestrian safety, slows down traffic in key areas, and makes our roads safer for everyone, whether walking, biking, or driving.

Transparency

Trust matters. I’m committed to being an accessible and accountable leader by holding public meetings and informal community gatherings where people feel heard, respected, and informed.

Crime & Safety

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their community. I support community-based safety strategies, stronger neighborhood connections, better access to prevention programs, and support services that address root causes and promote long-term safety.

Leisure

Recreation brings people together, building community and nurturing future leaders. I support accessible programs and well-maintained public spaces that encourage everyone to participate and connect.

Food Accessibility

Access to healthy, affordable food is a basic human right. I support expanding community-based food options, increasing access to local stores, and developing community gardens to help ensure no one in our neighborhood goes without food.

Walkable Community

Walkable neighborhoods help people stay healthy, connected, and engaged with their community. I support improving sidewalks, crosswalks, and street design to make it safer and easier for everyone to get around on foot.

Heat Island Effect

The urban heat island effect worsens each year as we lose trees and green spaces. I advocate for planting more trees, expanding green roofs, and developing cooler infrastructure to reduce rising temperatures and protect our community’s health and comfort.
